Chronic back pain sent me to my first yoga class in 2008.  I was very fortunate to find an experienced Iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher by the name of James Burton.  After several years of study, James agreed to allow me to apprenticeship under his direction.  I also studied with Richard Satchel from Yoga of Seattle, where I received my teaching certificate from Yoga Alliance. I came to yoga for my back issues and found many other rewards, so much so, I felt the need to share.  That's why I created Yoga in Middleton.
